Obviously he's a stellar back, but had nowhere to run. Football is won and lost in the trenches, PERIOD! Michigan MUST keep recruiting on both lines in order to compete with the big boys of the SEC if they want to win a National Championship, and yes I'm saying the SEC is the cream of the crop. Sure it's more fun to get a sexy wideout or running back, but great lines create great teams. Michigan did a great job this year recruiting those key spots. However, the kid is electric (more so than Hayes is IMO) and in the next 3-4 years he will add the right kind of weight and get up to 195-200lbs and if he is able to keep his speed there is no reason that he can't be another Mike Hart/Ray Rice-type of player for us. I think we should all learn from what Hart taught us about judging players just by their measurables. Norfleet is a player and clearly he isn't the prototype.

@Darin (for the comment below), I hope I am wrong, but I am not sold on Rawls at all. He has the size, but he seems to be a Brandon Minor at best. With the potential for Ty Isaac to come on board I think his shot at much playing time goes out the window if Isaac goes Blue. Rawls doesn't appear to have the wiggle or speed to be a great back at Michigan.Calebhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14107687928010064506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7587812383588742150.post-39205652462459337812012-02-10T06:58:34.915-08:002012-02-10T06:58:34.915-08:00Congratulations to Diggs! The other schools that were his favorites are better team-wise, but between Florida, Auburn, Ohio & Maryland, I can't think of a school that has put out better receivers (to the NFL)than Maryland in the past few years (Heward-Bey and Torrey Smith). Stefon Diggs is a huge get for Randy Edsall. Peter Warrick 2.0 in the ACC! Now as DT I liked him more he has a motor. He is to tall to play DT but he is a wide body. I would love to have him in the 2013 class.
