Four star CB Kyshoen Jarrett had a good showing at the Penn State Nike Camp and his stock is definitely on the rise. Stanford, UConn and Syracuse offered him recently, to go along with offers from a host of Big Ten and ACC schools.
Michigan has offered, and he stays in contact with the coaches. Jarrett is looking to get up to Michigan eventually, most likely during the summer. No leaders have been named, but if Penn State were to offer, I'd guess they would be at the top of the list.
