I've finished my exams now, and actually have a weeks break between semesters, perfect for the build up to signing day! I've probably missed a few things recently in terms of posting, so here's a live blog to catch up.
Note: Also will act as a test for the Garnett liveblog which will happen later today!
I just got info that Schiano goes to Bucs. Would this coaching change affect on recruitee such as Ron Thompson?
ReplyDeleteIs Garnett gonna go blue?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant take this s***!!!
ReplyDeleteLoverofTroy--Ron Thompson is committed to Syracuse, so no go there. However, Rivals says there is one current Rutgers recruit that U of M may make a play on and that is Chris Muller, OT, 6'6" 287lbs. According to Rivals he is the #11 OT and #100 rated player. He had interest in U of M before committing to Rutgers just last Friday (nice timing...) He has many suitors though and U of M has a pretty deep OL class, which I hope gets one deeper in a few hours.
ReplyDeleteMy bad. Chris Muller committed to Rutgers last June. Might be tougher to sway if he has been on board for that long.
ReplyDeleteIm calling it right now, Jordan Payton is the silent commit!!!!
ReplyDeleteJorday Payton,...yeah right. Plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
ReplyDeleteQuick poll -
ReplyDeleteAfter Garnett, Reeves, Diamond and Grant all go Blue who will be UM's last recruit:
1) OL - Alex Kozan
2) WR - Jordan Payton
3) WR - Stefon Diggs
4) DB - Wayne Morgan
5) OL - Chris Muller
6) OL - Dan Gibbs
7) Bank for 2013
if we get Diamond and Garnett i personally dont see us getting another OL. My guess would be its non of them payton and diggs are forsure no's
DeletePayton! Or bank
DeleteESPN recruiting analysts have 3 out of 7 saying Michigan gets Garnett. 6 out of 7 say Michigan gets Diamond. Kozan was far less for UM, those were all the recruits they voted on.
ReplyDeleteI believe the silent commit is Diamond.. cant wait to find out
ReplyDeleteHere's the latest Sam Webb report in the Detroit News.

M GO BLUE!!!!
I see pipkins, kalis, and RJS all getting early playing time next year. Anyone have any others?
ReplyDeleteIMO I see Bolden getting playing time early maybe even before RJS. Also Wormley should see plenty of time.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on bolden, wormley still has to prove something to me he went to whitmer HS which plays my HS Alum fremont ross HS (proud to say we produced a michigan great charles woodson) but anyways iv seen wormley play a few times and im just not sold on him yet. Just my opinion though
DeleteSo the experts have Garnett to Stanford. I hope they are wrong.
ReplyDeletedamn I hate to say it but thats what iv been hearing too.. pleaseeeeeeeee be wrong!!
Deleteoh that is intriguing, this is the first time I see a preview of a liveblog, I had not seen something like this on Host Pay per Head blogs that I tend to read every day
